Cox Brewing Co. "Cryo Sabro IPA"
$6/12 oz. on tap at the brewery
Look: Very hazy straw gold beneath a finger's width of white foam. Better than average head retention and lacing.
Smell: Pleasant citrusy aroma with a note of cedar.
Taste: The flavor brings out more of the Sabro hops with some orange, peach, mint, cedar, and subtle coconut. It doesn't appear to have 43 IBUs to it but it does have a nice balance and dry finish.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp.
Overall: An interesting IPA that's not overdone.
