Looks about the same inside as back in the Old Hat days (minus the old hats). Lots of friendly locals hanging out, and friendly servers. Beers were just average. Tried a few, nothing really stood out. Food, by a different operation in the back, was pathetic. Try a beer or two, but skip the food.
