A - Dark red-brown, almost black, clear but dark, with a tight near white head, a touch of lacing.
S - A warm coconut element, bread pudding, caramel, vanilla, and wood.
T - Rich vanilla and caramel, with the barrel present but dialed back so as to avoid the sometime oppressive aspect some barrel aged beers suffer from.
M - Feel is really quite light on the tongue.
O - Luscious, and delicious.
