Clear, golden body, nice white head, a lemon and mango nose, with strong hop dank. The taste uses the lactic to even out the wildness of the hops. So bright hop delivers sharp fruit and floral notes, some sour spiking, then a bitter close that still comes off pretty clean. Good, good stuff.

On tap at the brewery. A double IPA with milk sugar added. I was initially skeptical about this combination but after trying a sample I had to get a full pour. The sweetness of the milk sugar may turn you off for a DIPA but somehow it works great for me.
