A fairly typical looking stout, with dark opaque body just letting a bit of light through, and a thin tan head. The nose is heavy on maple, telling you this is not typical. The cinnamon aspect comes forward in the taste, mingling with maple and roasted malt bitterness. Feel is a touch thin, but very drinkable. Overall, this is keeper, delicious and not too powerful to allow a second pint.
