From a flight, then a growler brought home.
A - A hazy light orange body, murky juicy look, with a dense white cap, and moderate thin lacing.
S - The nose is punchy with dank hop notes, signaling a lot of Citra or similar hop content, underpinned with a lot of tropical fruit and resin.
T - Given the nose, the flavors are amazingly clean, with rich pineapple, stone fruit notes of peach and apricot, a mildly tart middle to close, with pith coming forward to impart just a hint of bitterness.
M - Very nice, with a soft, gentle touch, very easy on the tongue.
O - What a surprisingly delightful IPA for Deviate. A bright, refreshing hazy IPA that contrasts, in my view favorably, with the standard issue Supremacy.
