On tap pint (shaker pint glass) at hotel bar in St Augustine.
Appearance: Clear dark amber with a thin white head and fine strands and islands of lacing.
Smell: Lightly hoppy, with a bit of toasted malt.
Taste: Happy (pine, orange) book ending a solid malty middle with some notable toasted malt and a wee bit of toffee. An interesting combo of a IPA and a Vienna lager in regards to hops and malt flavors.
Mouthfeel: Light carbonation, smooth, and a tiny bit sticky on the teeth.
Overall / Drinkability: Easy to drink, and it paired ok with a chicken Caesar salad, but I think something more robust is needed for this beer to enjoy another.

11/7/23 On tap at The Conch House in St. Augustine with Aunt Cathy, Uncle Bob and Grandmom.
Interesting (for an IPA) darker color color. Nicely hopped and gently well balanced. Enjoyed this one!

12 oz can from Florida with an October 2022 canning date stamped on the bottom.
This poured with a clear copper colored body and a medium size white head that had good retention.
The aroma is quite appealing and promises to have a relatively strong load of malts. This is confirmed upon tasting as a substantial note of caramel malts about matches the hop notes.
Overall. Very easy drinking with enough complexity to maintain interest and partially hidden ABV.

Taste: It has caramel flavors with a bit of bread. It has pine and some citrus with a bit of floral.
Feel: It has a medium body with a bit of sharpness in the aftertaste.
Overall, the bitterness throughs the finish off with the flavors being okay.

On tap at their pub, pint glass.
Pretty copper amber color. Thin linen white cap, heavy web lacing.
Earthy, pine, and slightly dank hops. Caramel malt and fresh grain aromas.
Strong flavor mix of earthy hops and fire roasted malt. Very subtle grapefruit citrus at the end.
Full bodied malt base. Mild hop bitterness. Clean and dry. Lingering flavors.
OG west coast IPA, that’s all right with me.

Poured at the brewery in down town St. Augustine. Very little head, dark for an IPA. Drinkable, but not exactly enjoyable. Maybe it is an old keg but it's one of the worst beers I've had in some time, unfortunately.
