Wonderful aroma. Toffee, espresso, chocolate, toast, and graham cracker.
Unfortunately it’s a bit buttery on the taste, a lot of toffee or even butterscotch, and hints of diacetyl. Nice char.
Drink it cold, and it’s really darn good, but I’m afraid to let it warm lest diacetyl notes overwhelm, which is not ideal for a porter of any kind.
