Our version of this super juicy style of late addition and mega dry-hopped IPA. Scissors is a hop cascade of Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra, and Anthenum hops. The low IBU makes it extremely approachable for even non-IPA drinkers.…

This is a good IPA with a little cloudy golden color and a small to medium head with some lacing. Has a nice hop bitterness without being to bitter and not a strong hop bite at the finish. They have been making this beer for a long and probably have made a few tweaks to the recipe. 23 IBUs Rated 7-29-2023.

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Collins Pub in Seattle.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of ivory foam with a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: lightly fruity hop aroma; the volume could be turned up a little bit.
Taste: citrusy, fruity hop flavor with a little bit of melon. A dash of sweetness accentuates the juiciness; I quite like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer is quite good and eminently drinkable, despite its somewhat limited aroma.
