The second in our Ghost series, a traditional Belgian Wit with delicate notes of chamomile, coriander and lemon. First released April 2016.

Don't really remember this beer. Witbiers are not my favorite style of beer, hence the 3.5 rating. This is a decent style for what it is. Average beer for the style.

Small amount of creamy, off-white, head. Translucent, dark straw color. Soft, off-dry, coriander seed and caramelized, medium light toasted malt and a bit of floral spice, for the aroma. Slightly thin, off-dry, coriander and lightly toasted wheat flavor, for the taste.
