Inspired by tradition, this German-style Pilsner is crafted with a mult-step infusion mash with old world pilsen malt. We then lager ferment over three different temperatures until the flavor profile is just right. This light German Lager is packed full of flavor and is perfect accompaniment to the spring and summer. Cheers, and happy lawn mowing!

This is a standard Pilsner with a lot more taste than normal. The hops come through as a standout, though not overly strong. This beer has a nice light taste and really drinkable. The aroma is basically non-descript. The head on this beer is about standard for a Pilsner. 28 IBUs Rated 9-14-2022

Light, creamy, alabaster head. Medium and clear, medium golden yellow color. Subtle, medium light toasted and caramelized malt, with a bit of a spiced floral note, for the aroma. Sharp and slightly medicinal, bitter flavor that is the strongest characteristic of the taste and it carries through to the finish, with a little bit of light malt flavor and hint of bitter herbs, for the taste.
