Sampled at the Brewery.
Very enjoyable beer that I preferred slightly over Tess.
Nice smelling, clear ipa that lets mango, grapefruit and orange shine through.
Taste is very juicy with decent mouthfeel.
Overall- this is in my top 3 CT IPAs along with NEBCO Coriolis and Beer'd Dogs and Boats.

Stopped in to Cold Creek on a whim, have been hearing a lot about their IPA's/DIPA's. Now, this isn't going to be your typical "I wear cuffy jeans and bring a typewriter with me to Starbucks when I drink my vent mocha latte" beer review. Less is more. Had Layla out of a 12 OZ snifter, smelled fantastic, mango/grapefruit and oranges. The taste was unreal, totally blew me away, it had all the characteristics of the best of what Treehouse does with an added chewiness and a sweet lingering, smooth & subtly bitter finish. I would put this above Dinner from Maine Beer and Abner from Hill Farm, quite honestly, its the closest competitor I've had to the reigning king of juicy hop bomb New England beers; Treehouse. Will be going back without a doubt, highly recommend you stop in to this up & coming brewery, cheers!
