Appearance - Pours dark mahogany with thin tan head that settles to a spotty ring around the glass. No lacing.
Aroma - Mixture of bourbon, cinnamon, vanilla and bitter chocolate. The bourbon stands out pretty strong and the cinnamon and vanilla seem to be a little overpowered. As it warms the bourbon and sweetness are both there but the bourbon still is very strong.
Taste - The taste is much more cinnamon and maple, vanilla. The cinnamon and vanilla linger on which I like. The bourbon is present but much more balanced in the taste. Really does taste like a bourbon cinnamon bun.
Feel - Just really thin, slightly dry
Overall - This one hits the mark in the taste but the nose and feel are a miss for me. Thin, bourbon strong on the nose. Taste is much more balanced.
