Very dark brown almost black with a two-finger tan head. I really like peanut butter and chocolate beers. This one was good but not great. Aroma had the peanut butter and chocolate smell and taste for sure.

This near black ale has an appealing, moderately strong aroma. The flavor is relatively disappointing. It's bold and features dark roasted peanuts with some burnt nuts and grains. Mild bitterness.
