Picked up a cold 4 pack at the brewery and the cans have been in my fridge for the past week after I made the purchase.
This is a 16 oz can poured into my .5L dimple mug.
The beer pours a bright and light golden color with a fizzy bleached white head of 2 cm and the foam fades pretty quickly to a thin edge layer and some scattered islands on the surface.
The aroma is some pilsner malts and grainy sweetness, mixing with a little bit of a floral hop note. Pretty clean and appealing nose.
First sip reveals a light air body with very fine and tingly carbonation. Beer drinks waaay too easy and im almost done with the mug before I finish this review!
Flavors are some light sweet malt notes, slightly fruity like a pear that isnt quite ripe. I also get earthy and spicy hops, not really any bitterness, and overall a very clean flavor profile. Slight lingering sweetness after each sip.
Very drinkable simple and clean beer. Glad I picked this up and encourage other Pils lovers to give this a shot!
