On tap at Noble Jay. Pours a very dark brown with a thin layer of head. Roasty, smokey aroma with some dark chocolate and pumpernickel bread. The taste is roasted malts, dark chocolate and earth. A bit of black coffee. Roasty finish with more bitter dark chocolate and earth. Moderate alcohol heat. Moderate to heavy body with a velvety mouthfeel. Worth seeking out.
