32oz growler from the brewery. Pours a blackish dark brown with a thin layer of head. Good amount of lacing. Sweet aroma of oats, vanilla, dark chocolate, coffee, and malts. The taste is sweet cereal, vanilla, caramel, chocolate, earth and coffee. Roasted malts come out more towards the end with some bitter dark chocolate. Medium body with light carbonation and a velvety mouthfeel.
