Deep hazy dark straw color with no activity but with a yeast cloud. Thick foamy and frothy white 4 finger head in a stange, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with strong legs. Flavors seaweeds, apricot, lemon, sweet grains, caramel, and floral dry hops. Slick medium to full body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, a bit flowery while more fruity with a salty sea like feel. Good freshness and intensity, also well balanced. Not a typical Kolsch, a different take with interesting ingredients. Overall very good quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral cereal notes with light sweet notes is pretty enticing. Taste is a nice mix of crisp cereal notes with light floral notes and some light sweet notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done with great drinkability and no buttery notes which is often associated with the style.
