Sometimes it can be a little more. In our case: a lot more hops! For the extra portion of aromas and bitterness in our Double IPA, the master brewer gave the natural hop giver a lot of feed.

Frederiksberg 28/4 2022. 40 cl from tap at Frederiksberg Ølbar, Falkoner Allé, Frb. F.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Light fermented touch. Sweet pale malts, bread and toffee. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter though a little thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry and a little watery.
Quite malty - and strangely thin for a DIPA.
