Hazy golden color with head fizzing away completely. Aroma is lactic and tart with lemon, sourdough and unripe fruit notes. Taste starts tart upfront but not too acidic, fruity, lemony, some grains, dry finish. A really refreshing and easy drinking sour ale.

Listed here as an AWA. The bottle labels it as 'Sour Ale.'
Huge, thick, fluffy white head. Pale orange-yellow. Again, like their Meerjungfrau, it looks like egg drop soup. Not appealing at all.
The nose has some lemony sourness to it, but also soapy aspects. Like the appearance, also off-putting.
The taste is tangy lemon-lime. Not so much sour nor tart, as it is tangy. A bit of mustiness at the end.
Medium carbonation with a light body.
Overall, not nearly as good as the Meerjungfrau.
