330 ml paper-wrapped bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 5.6%. Hops not listed on the label. Amber colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of fruity and piney hops. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is woody / piney / resinous and quite dry. I don't get the typical characteristics of Sorachi Ace here. Not a beer I'll buy again.

A german attempt at an American IPA falls quite flat. Like basil and menthol in a watery beer with no malt balance.
