Copenhagen 21/9 2024. 33 cl paper-wrapped bottle from Private Selection, Amagercenteret, Kbh. S. A great whale basking around on the paper wrapping.
Pours unclear golden amber with a big white head. Quite bubbly. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sour grains and a whiff of salt. Sweet wheat malts, bread and oranges. Touch of syrup. Sea salt.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong sourish bitternes. Aftertaste is sourish with a salty touch. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Overall ok Gose event though I wonder what makes it Baltic.

Look: After having lived for a long time in Leipzig, and thus drinking Gose quite frequently, in my opinion, this Gose is too dark for a "classical" Gose. The colour is more dark orange, with even some brownish shades in it. When poured into the glass, a big foam head builds up, lasting unusual long. In the beginning, a lot of carbonation can be seen (even heard!), but this goes away after maybe half a minute.
Smell: Most prominent: salt. More subtle: roasted malt, some orange and maybe some lemon. Immediately after opening the bottle, the distinctive "sour" smell of a Gose can be smelled, but after the beer settled for maybe one minute in the glass, this smell is gone.
Taste: First taste: salt, and a bit of sourness, almost champagne-like. Then, some roasted maltiness, much more than normally expected for a Gose, comes in, and some apple and even pineapple. This is definitefly nothing I would expect in a Gose! In the aftertaste, salt remains along with the champagne-like sourness.
Feel: Smooth feeling in the mouth, as not much of the original carbonation is left.
Overall: Not a "typical" Gose. Mostly, I miss the right amount of sourness and the apple, pinapple like taste is unexpected, but in an unpleasant way. Also, for a "typical" Gose, the taste of salt is not strong enough/ lasting long enough. But maybe this beer is supposed to be different from "traditional" Gose, so I would recommend to try it and make your own opinion.

Look: orangish with a thin white head
Smell: nice citrus tartness, a tiny bit of malt, some hops
Taste: citrus-forward, some malt, a bit of hops. Honestly would like more sourness in a gose
Feel: nice and bubbly

Drinkable, but not sour or salty enough for a Gose.
Somewhat disappointing because this Brewery has pretty solid sour Ales in their lineup.

Pours a pale golden coloration with a large, foamy, lasting head. Smells of grainy, wheaty malt and tart gooseberry, with a hint of sea salt. Taste follows the nose, with notes of grainy, wheaty malt, tart gooseberry, green apple and strong sea salt, with a certain, quite misplaced sweetness as well. Finishes kind of sweet turning a little more tart in the aftertaste, with lots of sea salt lingering on the tongue in an not entirely plesant way. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and Medium/lively carbonation.
This is just poorly balanced and doesn't have much in common with a classic Gose. Too sweet and excessively salty, while being quite lightly tart and lacking any kind of citric acidity kickback. Also has a light medicinal note to it that comes out more as the beer warms.
