Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin nd patchy lyer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with distinct sharp scent of sour grains. Sweet pale malts and bread. Oxidized apple. Citrus. Grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, Soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little sharp. Linger for a while. Finish is dry.
Bitter,fresh and sharp as a German pilsner should be.
