Copenhagen 10/9 2024. 33 cl paper-wrapped bottle from Private Selection, Amagercenteret, Kbh. S. A threatening tiger on the paper wrapping.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits with a floral touch. Mingling with subtle citrus fruits. Peach and mango. Rosebud. Lime and citrus.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitternes. Aftertaste is bitter with tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Overall solid NEIPA.
