A magnificent head fills the festive glass. A rich gold lustre and a charming play of aromas delight the senses: a delicate fruity bouquet of Mirabelle bedded in an exquisite oaky note with a discrete hint of sourness. The select French Brut yeast adds freshness and a gentle effervescence, while the bottle conditioning lends the dry, elegant body its sophisticated polish.

Copenhagen 28/7 2025. 75 cl bottle with a cork stopper Champagne style. Bottle wrapped in paper in the brewery's usual style. Drawing of a festive lady holding a glass of Bière Brut on the wrapping paper.
Pours slightly unclear folden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after few seconds leaving no trace of foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, vinous and slightly sugary odor mingling with a tart scent. Sweet grapes, white sugar. Citrus and tart berries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly tart with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry,
Not as sparkling and carbonated as I would expect but a potent drink.
