Summer, sun, summer ale. The natural Summer Ale is a tantalisingly sunny yellow in the glass, promising refreshment and enjoyment for hot days. Tropical fruit flavours envelop your nose. The skilful combination of Tango and El Dorado hops creates flavour nuances of pineapple, pear and passion fruit. The fruity nuances dance on the tongue, while a subtle hop note gives the beer a wonderfully mild balance. An ideal companion for sunny days and convivial evenings.

Copenhagen 17/8 2025. 33 cl bottle wrapped in paper from Edeka, Ossenreyserstraße, Stralsund. A yellow scooter on the wrapping paper.
Pours unclear past yellow with a huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, almost transparent lyer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and fruity odor mingling with tart notes. Sweet peach, pear and lemonade. Citrus and lime peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium, strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart streak. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin and a tad watery.
Light and easy to drink. Entirely forgettable.
