Chestnut colour, clear. Ecru-coloured head, very high, persistent, delicately coating the glass.Intense malty, grainy, earthy, grassy, spicy and caramel aroma with fruity notes (mainly dark fruits).The flavour is slightly sweet, counterbalanced by a pleasant, grassy bitterness.Medium carbonation. Smooth, soft, "slippery" texture. Full body. Medium-long dry, spicy, grassy, earthy aftertaste.
