I loved the name and the look of the can, wish I took a picture of it. Found a four pack in a Pinellas Park beer store a few weeks old. Chocolatey milk beer with chipotle spice. Kind of weird, idk the flavors are too rich or too overwhelming for this 6% beer.

Presentation: 16 oz. can with the canning date printed on bottom. Served in a Samuel Adams pint glass.
Appearance: It develops a thin sliver of a head that goes away almost immediately. It leaves some lacing in rings and patches all over the glass. It's a deep, pure black color.
Smell: It's a sweet scent of milk chocolate, brown sugar and malt with a slight hint of fresh chipotle peppers.
Taste: There's some sweet milk chocolate and sugar. Bitter cacao, coffee and roasted malt notes along with the chipotle spiciness which lingers for a while as an aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It's very robust, creamy and ever so slightly cloying with medium carbonation.
Overall: The flavor is very interesting and the chipotle works well with the overall package. There's a lot going on and the spice lingers for a while, even after you've finished drinking it, so it's best enjoyed in small quantities.

It tastes like licking the floor of a Texas Roadhouse. Not a nice Texas Roadhouse, either. One in a small town, where the last server was looking forward to an early night, but then a family of 15 walks in and just goes ham sandwich on the peanuts, but he already cleaned and surely his boss won't notice if he leaves table 76 as it is. Sadly, the bartender is having problems at home. His wife is sick and his daughter has a boyfriend with a mullet. He was distracted, didn't mop up properly as a result and there's bar juice just seeping everywhere like a shit in a rollercoaster, mixing with the nutty shells on the floor.
Bottle that and you have this beer.

Hidden Springs Ale Works "Deja Moo"
1 Pint can, 09/27/18 SHOTGUN RESPONSIBLY"
$2.99 @ Knightly Spirits O.B.T., Orlando, FL
Notes via stream of consciousness: So this milk stout has chipotles and cocoa nibs added, and my only question is how much effect will the chipotles have? It's poured a black body beneath a finger-thick head of tan foam. The aroma is limited, but it also seems to have a bit of a phenolic to it. So... another question... is it phenolic? Yes, I think so, there's a little bit of ethyl acetate to it. Weird. Nail polish was the last thing I'd expect. OK, on to the flavor... there's some chocolate to it, both dark chocolate and a bit of milk chocolate, and a light hint of coffee. The chipotles come through with heat but without any real pepper flavor or smokiness. Unfortunately the phenolics remain. It's not bad, but it is damaged. Maybe it's just this batch, I hope, but I don't feel I even have to go on at this point. I'm going to dump it. Medium bodied and gently crisp. Disappointing. I look forward to trying this again to see if it's the same of different.

This was definitely a different kind of experience - in a good way...
A pint sized can yielded a very dark, practically black colored liquid. The head it poured dissipated as quickly as it hit the glass and there was no lacing at all. The smell, which I expected to be full of coffee notes and chocolate was non-existent, it really didn't smell like anything, though I feel like I was able to pull out some boozy odor. Sloshing it around I found it to be slightly watery, light-bodied, but with a texture, just enough to keep it from being full-on light. Now we get to the taste - unique to say the least - it was spicy, chocolaty, strong coffee notes, all of it kinda mixing well and kinda not. The coffee notes definitely win out and the spiciness is something that was surprising and I'm still not sure it works, but it did taste different. Overall, this is something to be experienced. I've had spicy beers before and I'm not much of a fan, but I might be on this one.
