Tones of Marshmallow and hints of vanilla permeate this dark chocolate taster from a top notch brewery hidden in an up and coming area of tampa.
Great mouthfeel and carbonation. Love the artwork on the bottle as well!

A bottle from the Jan. 11, 2020 release poured into a snifter.
Look- A nice deep black with a very thin light brown head.
Smell- So much sweetness in the aroma. Chocolate, coconut, marshmallow and vanilla really come through. Like a drinkable dessert.
Taste- Really follows the nose with maybe a hint of graham crackers for a finish. Not sure if it is more cookies and cream or smores. Really sweet but enough alcohol to remind you what you are having.
Mouthfeel- Silky smooth and a nice coating at the end. Just the right carbonation to finish.
Overall- More first beer from Hidden Springs and it was truly impressive. Glad I have another one of these stashed.

poured into a taster glass via draft at Other Half's Pastry Town (3/16/2019)
the very last beer I had at PT
don't remember much about this one, I do remember it being sweet and tasting like chocolate flavored coffee and I liked it :-)

The beer pours Black with a thin khaki head. It has low carbonation. The beer smells of cookies and cream, Oreos, marshmallows, coconut, and milk chocolate. It tastes of cookies and cream, milk chocolate, marshmallows, Oreos, coconut, and bourbon barrel. The feel is slick and smooth. This is by far the best milk stout I’ve ever had.

Not shy about being a Pastry Kong, this is like drinking a straight pour of sweet Coffee-Mate that's flavored like chocolate devil's food cake with chocolate frosting. It's thick and sticky but has a light carbonation that lifts up some coconut and marshmallow. I don't know...I mean I like dessert and this isn't a bad one, but holy shit.
