8 ball black with a thick mocha blanket.
Smell is milky, funky molasses, cocoa and roasted dark malt.
Taste is ultra roast with bitter baker's cocoa, licorice, and a sweet twang of sharp sassafras. It's not really donut-like, but is quite good, reminding me of Expedition Stout...except for the nose.
Rich and full of body with a thick froth and dry finish.
