This is a Berliner Weisse made with Acai, Kale and Pomegranate. The nose is very herbal and smells like a vegetable salad, very kale forward. Taste is the same, tart acai berry, raspberry, earthy greens, semi vegetal kale, smoothie-like, semi acidic and astringent mouthfeel, thin body, prickly medium to high carbonation. Finish is semi dry, oaky, with a lingering lemon - citrus acid and berry tartness.
Overall, this beer has an awful aroma of 'greens' but a beautiful color (cloudy reddish pink pomegranate hue). This is an antioxidant, super food themed beer that should provide you with some instant health benefits then quickly work on killing your liver. Try it if you can but don't buy a 4 pack unless your a vegan veggie friendly hippie ;)-
