Hidden Springs Ale Works "No Bake"
16 fl. oz. can without production codes or freshness dating
$4.99 @ Metro Food Mart, Ocala, FL
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a very hazy orange body beneath a short head of white that dissipates almost immediately. That's usual for a sour beer though, so no big deal. The aroma is odd. It has the usual mineralish quality of a lactic fermentation, but something that seems edgy. The taste doesn't show that, which is great, and it's sour and fruity. Just a little bit of vanilla peeks through. The cherry is nice. It finishes quite dry and acidic. In the mouth it's light-medium in body and zesty with acidity and a moderate carbonation level.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
