This one pours a nice hazy golden red color, vibrant and bright, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells great - with juicy and vibrant passionfruit, a touch of vanilla sweetness, blackberry skins, a bit of lemon, and some lactose.
The lactose doesn't add too much sweetness - just a pleasant creaminess. The passionfruit and vanilla are the dominant flavor - I would have expected blackberry to be more prominent, but that's honestly good, as it allows for a more complex experience.
This is light bodied and very drinkable, with a slight creaminess.
The small handful of beers I've had from Hidden Springs have been very, very impressive.
