Tasted in a snifter from draft at Consume on January 28, 2020. A collaboration with Narrow Gauge Brewing. An imperial stout with peanut butter and raspberries.

Poured a black body with minimal head and lace down the glass. The aroma is basically peanut butter with a hint of jelly (the berries, I assume). Fuller body, nutty and dry, not too boozy, has a strong jelly sweetness underneath the strong peanut butter and somehow manages a slightly tart finish.

Poured into a Teku glass via bottle
color is licorice black with mahogany foam
smell is Peanut butter dominant, with scant traces of fudge and sweet jam
taste is a berry jam up front, followed immediately by the PB. Chocolate fudge brings up the rear
carbonation is medium to high(fizzy) and the mouthfeel is medium (might be thicker, but the carbonation disrupts it)
my first PB & Jelly stout, so no base to draw from, but this is pretty damn tasty!
