Poured a black body with really no head at all (just basically straight motor oil). The aroma comes across as syrupy or jam-like with raspberries. Smooth, thick, slightly cloying as a chocolate sweetness, while prevalent, is overpowered by a raspberry "jelly" taste and finishes a tad tart. The ABV is well hidden so this beer isn't a chore to drink, but personally wish this beer was a little more sweet.
