Hidden Springs Ale Works

Poured a golden-orange body with minimal head and lace ring down the glass. The aroma has notes of citric, floral hops and some grapefruit. The beer is bitter, earthy, dank, has a hop bite in a medium, almost-chewy body with notes of grapefruit and possibly passion fruit sweetness. A boozy earthiness and spring-like hoppy bitterness are underneath these notes and overall a balanced and easy to drink beer.
