Poured a black body with minimal head and no lace. Mainly a chocolate syrup like aroma with minimal booze. Chocolate is prevalent with a slightly boozy and burnt feel, does have a coconut slickness though, and a dry, slightly boozy and burnt finish.

500ml black bottle. No dating information found.
Black colored body, with a very thin red mahogany back lit edge. No real head, but some tan bubbles with the pour. Leaves small webs and patterns of lacing.
Aroma is dark roasted malts, with milk chocolate, marshmallow, coffee and a whiff of coconut. Barrel aging is faint.
Taste is milk chocolate, marshmallow, and coconut over the dark roasted malts. Graham cracker is more suggested than a definite flavor. Certainly conjures up a s'mores experience. Coffee is tasted late and in the aftertaste. The barrel aging is background material but does express more in the aftertaste. Quite sweet, but not overly sweet, for the most part.
Thick mouth feel. Sticky sweet. Supportive carbonation. Higher ABV% is well hidden.
All the flavors have their day, sometime within the taste profile. Quite a sipping treat.

Brewed for mostras 5th anniversary
On tap. Tan head. Black color.
Coffee and bourbon. Light roast in the finish. Warming bourbon all throughout. Oaky. Vanilla and fudge. I’d have guessed the marshmallow was vanilla but the graham crackers were tough to find behind all the bourbon. Thick, a little sweet, but not pastry sweet, warming, smooth. A very nice sipper.
