Poured a black body with minimal offwhite head and no lacing. The aroma was a mix of burnt chocolate and chocolate fudge. Smooth, very dry, the chocolate is sweet and beer is dry, woody, boozy, yet has some lactic sweetness and reminds me a little bit of one of those instant brownie mixes that you bake in the oven. The booze is mostly hidden but there is some heat on the finish and this isn't a bad sipper.
