Aged around 6 months, 2017 edition: Bright yellow color with no activity. Gets cloudy as more yeast is poured. Slightly foamy white 1-2 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, poor legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of green grapes, apples, sweet barley, wheat, rye, wild yeast, honey, light wood, and floral hops. Slick and fluffy medium to full body with extra crispy carbonation. Strong strength finish, quite sour and a little vinous, a bit funky with a straw cheese feel of brett. Soft barrel effect, slightly flowery and dry hopped. Bold yet the balance is high and freshness is quite good. The honey feel is subtle and well attenuated. Complexity is awesome, drinkability is great. Overall superb quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral honey notes with some Brett notes as well as some light oak presence is interesting. Taste is a mix of floral honey notes with some oak notes, some malt notes and some dry Brett notes that offset some of the residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting and very interesting mix of styles.

Thanks, Marc for the trade extra. This was a lot better than I expected it to be. Cloudy yellowish pour, with a lasting white head. Lots of earth and funk in the nose, hints of citrus. In the taste, farmhouse funk, earthy spice, and some zesty citrus. Medium body and easy drinkability, with a well-hidden higher ABV. Nice surprise from a brewery I'd never heard of before.
