(Served in a pilsner glass)
A- This beer has a light pale yellow body with a thin film of creamy white head. There is no carbonation except for the random tiny bubble.
S- This beer has a faint note of corn with a green noble hop finish. Very smooth soft smell overall.
T- This beer has a big corn flavor but more like field corn than cooked corn. The finish is a noble hop bitterness that balances the corn flavors. The hops with a faint alcohol taste hang on the breath.
M-This beer has a light mouthfeel with a dry finish.
D- This beer taste like what I would expect a Imperial light lager to taste like. Most light lagers are very faint flavors and lots of fizz. This beer takes the flavor or corn and noble bitter hops and boost it up a bit. For the style it is good but for drinking it is really not for me. It would be a good gateway beer for those die-hard BMC fans.
