A- This beer has a crystal clear pale yellow body with a creamy white head. A very gentle carbonation of tiny bubbles rose to the surface.
S- This beer has a very faint nose of spicy green hops. I couldn't detect any malt or grain smells.
T- This beer has a soft pale malt flavor that is smooth with a spicy bitter hop finish. As it warms there is a pine note in the hops.
M- This beer has a light mouthfeel with a fizz texture that helped the bitterness of the hops.
D- This beer has a unique hop flavor that was more weird than interesting. There werent any of the typical kolsch flavors that I had hoped for and the hops dominated.
