(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a warm orangish body with a thin white head that turns to a ring around the edge after a bit. Gentle carbonation of tiny bubbles.
S- The strong aroma of vanilla was very fresh and natural with a strong cream soda smell to follow. This smelled like a soda pop with all natural ingredients. No chemical or over-the-top perfume smells.
T- The first taste is the vanilla and then there is a slightly sweet cream note with a nice soft spicy hop finish. It's not overly sweet just enough to bring out the cream flavor.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a faint alcohol note that hangs on the breath.
D- This is advertised as a desert beer but it is not as sweet as soda pop. I think you either love or hate this beer, but it is very well built so that the flavors are good but I don't think I could drink more than one glass. It is definitely a must try if you go because of its uniqueness.
