(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a warm brown body that is crystal clear with a nice off-white head that is pretty creamy.
S- The faint notes of pot caramelized malts and noble hops finish with a faint nose of alcohol.
T- There is strong flavors of pot caramelized malt that has a soft sweetness to it with some notes of toasted malt in the background. The finish is spicy hops with a sulfur hint. The finish is dry for the most part.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a fizz texture in the finish.
D- The balance of malt caramel and hops in good but it would be nice to see some other malt flavors beside the caramel. More depth or complexity could really help this beer.
