I had this at a wine & meat bar in Guadalajara called Romea. The taste was floral and it was nice to drink with the soft cheeses and charcuterie. From n excellent microbrewery in Colima - you can supposedly get it at the Walmarts in town! (I did not verify this personally though)

Pours to a permanent buff head and hazy golden color. Aroma is floral hops. Flavor is floral grassy and juicy hops and crisp biscuity malts. Feels a bit sugary but nice. Overall a tasty but not trendy APA. I really like this.

Served in a shaker, it pours a clear amber color, with a one finger head that dissipates quickly leaving a very thin layer of foam, that dissapears only after the first chug.

The bouquet is delicious, full of fruit. Mainly peaches, lychees and tangerine.

The flavor follows the nose with the fruits, and you can also perceive the malty sweetness and the hops coming through. Balanced beer but tilting towards bitterness a little, it has very good carbonation and a long semi-dry finish. Medium to light body.

The bitterness dwells in your mouth perhaps a bit too much afterwards, but nothing to really dislike this beer because of it.
I would drink Páramo again.

Amber color with a one finger head with medium retention, but leaving a constant plate and with good laces.
Nice aroma with lots of lychees, pineapple, peaches, lots of sweet flowers and piñacolada.
Flavor with citrusy notes of grapefruits, lychees, spices, mild caramels, oranges, lemon and slightly toasted malts. Dry aftertaste with a lasting bitterness.
Light body with proper carbonation.
Perfectly balanced APA, top tier. Refreshing, complex tropical nose and hoppy forward tropical flavors. Recommended.
