Bottle purchased at Eno in Mexico City, Mexico.
This one pours a mostly clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like marijuana, maltiness, and orange.
This isn’t a great take on a West Coast IPA – it’s mostly just malty, with not enough hop bitterness to dry out the malt sweetness. There’s a little bit of orange, but just the hop character is not really all that interesting.
This is lighter bodied, and not the most drinkable.
There are hundreds, maybe thousands of better West Coast IPAs out there. I wouldn’t bother with this one.
