This here is our signature hybrid pale ale brewed with wheat. Crafted to be wickedly crisp and totally refreshing.

This was another brew that I picked up at the Marketplace Foods in Rice Lake, Wisconsin when I was up there a few months back. Loved the name and label as this had quite the array of hops in it, although I'm not sure if it's the same iteration as what was listed on here.
The pour to this was nice as it had a hazy, golden hue to it with plenty of light seeping through the liquid. A sufficient amount of fluffy head topped this off as there was also a decent amount of lacing left behind as a majority of it was in the middle of my pint glass. Lots of wheat in the nose, along with a persistent floral and gumdrop aroma. Tangy citrus, lemongrass, turbid hops, strawberry, star fruit, and bright orange came through in the taste as this had a nice amount of sunshine to it with plenty of body thanks to the wheat. This almost felt like an American Pale Ale since there were so many hops in it, with the end result being a beer that was heavier than the norm for this style.
The amount of alcohol printed on the can was 5.0% as this also needed a date on the bottom since I had no idea how old it was. Indeed, this held up well, was nicely balanced, and had a soft and persistent carbonation to it. This reminded me a bit of the Wisconsinite from Lakefront, minus the wheat, as it came across as something straight out of the Badger State. Enjoyed this take on the style as I'd reach for it again, any time of the year!

This beer pours a clear straw with a decent head. The aroma is bright, with lemon peel, black pepper, kalamansi oranges, stargruit, and kiwi. The flavor is clean and crisp, with loads of lemon peel and black pepper, creamer, papaya, and and a tangy finish that again recalls starfruit to me. The moutheel is light but with a decided creaminess and gentle but abundant carbonation. Overall a really tasty easy drinking beer, but with plenty going on.

Pours an opaque yellow. Smells lightly citrus-y with a bit of a floral hop presence. The taste follows, with a sweet malt presence and a bitter, dry finish. Lightly carbonated and light-bodied. Smooth, easy-drinking with more characteristics of a pale than a wheat. Great summer beer.

Not my style admittedly. Very nice color, smell is weak. For the average consumer, it’s just meh.

Murky light orange color with a finger of head. Aroma of citrus and zesty wheat malt. Bitterness is very low with a flavor that has a lot of wheat and citrus. Very light in pale malt. Carbonation starts off a bit fizzy but settles down on the palate.

Poured 16oz can into a Guinness pint glass. Color is murky light orange with a 2 finger off white head. Fades into a collar and leaves webbed lacing on the glass. Aroma is zesty with some citrus and grapefruit peel with very light malts. The wheat is substantial in the flavor and makes up for the very light malts. There is a pleasant hoppiness that is more citrus with some grapefruit zest. It is lighter bodied like an APA and easy to drink. This would be a very nice beer on a hot summers day.

16oz can, served in a snifter glass. Pours a slightly hazy darker golden body, one finger white head, lots of lacing, good retention. Smell is citrus zest, grapefruit, light caramel, resin, touch of wheat. Flavour is light resin, grapefruit, citrus peel, light caramel, light wheat. It's in some ways fairly east coast in style, which is nice. A good hoppy pale wheat with a nice citrus bite. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, a bit thin, but very drinkable, mild-moderate zesty bitterness. An interesting pale ale, I might have to bring this around a bit more often in my fridge being relatively local to this.
