Dark golden brown with a quickly dissipating head. Smells like you are sticking your head in a freshly brewed wort. Smells like straight simple malts. Tastes reveals a slight sweetness with more complexity. Not much bitterness at all. You are able to taste the different rye, wheats, and oats that are in it an the flavors build more on the finish. Has a nice slightly silky mouth feel. This beer reminded me of a more complex and heavier Fat Tire.
