The Brewing Projekt Dare Mighty Things Mosaic IPA, 6.4% ABV. Pours hazy bright orange with a three-finger white head that left great lacing. Nose is citrus, funk, and slight pine. Taste is pineapple and apricot, pine, some sweetness, moderate bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

16 oz can
From GreenBayBA

Ploughshare Wide Mouthed Glass
Bright hazy yellow with a creamy cap of 1 finger receding to a thick ring leaving lots of toothpaste lace on the sides.
Aroma of fresh cannabis, blueberries, peaches, and mango.
Flavor begins with a nice herbal stab with notes of basil and cannabis; some pineapple sweetness and sliced mango follow in step, some peach or apricot, frozen blackberry, strawberry, and some grass and other bright yellow fruit flesh at the end. Slight hints of vanilla in there as well.
Feel is creamy and resiny and juuuuuicy. Almost no alcohol detected except for the little nip of warmth on the tongue that keeps you coming back for more.
Overall a pretty stellar beer especially for a NE style from these parts. Good stuff, I really think they're onto something.

Poured from 16oz can into glass. Bottom of can is stamped 'GIMME SOME MO! 826281'. Dropped on 8/10/2018.
Current label is a little different from the one posted for the listing. Current listing has the label saying '-SINGLE HOP- MOSAIC'. No ABV% listed on the label.
Murky orange/apricot juice colored body. Less than a finger of off white head, which settles to thin islands and thin ring. Leaves behind some strings of lacing.
Orange and sweet mango in the aroma. A little dank.
Taste is semi sweet with orange and apricot, maybe just a touch of grapefruit/pineapple. No bitterness.
Medium mouth feel. Some hop burn on the tongue and back of the throat.
Juicy sweet tasting beer. No malts in sight. Fits in the hazy IPA family. Kudos to the execution of the beer, but is this where the IPA family is headed? Rating is based on how the beer presents itself only and not on the style in general. I am finding the style rather repetitive and unchallenging.

From a 16oz can:
Appearance: Orange juice, good head.
Smell: Danky, citrus rind.
Taste: Big citrus flavor, oranges-orange juice, a little bit of berry. Low bitterness.
Overall: I heard good things about this beer and like mosaic hops, so I picked up a 4 pack. The thing I like about mosaic is the berry flavor it can impart--Dorothy Mantooth from Barrel Theory hits those notes perfectly. DMT-Mosaic doesn't quite do it, has more of a danky flavor (which I also sometimes get from Mosaic, must be a processing or lot to lot differences in the hops?), but I'd still recommend it.
