Poured a hazy opaque peach-brownish color with a very foamy white head. Zero translucence. The aromas were of subtle grapefruit, tangerines, and some peaches. The aromas of this wet-hopped ale seems a bit more green and less hop-assertive to the nose. The taste seemed a bit more mild-mannered then the traditional IPA. Picked up a resinous hop bite with notes of passion fruit and grapefruit. Beer finishes with a grapefruit rind that just doesn't go away until the next sip. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, a little bit flatter then expected. Overall this is a pricy can of beer, but well worth it for a wet-hopped IPA brewed in Wisconsin.

Poured 16oz can into Snifter. Very turbid and dirty orange color that looks like apple cider with a 2 finger white head. Thick webs of lacing all over the glass. Smell is green hops, juicy citrus notes like grapefruit and orange. Similar to DMT Citra, but more of the wet, green floral aroma. The hop flavor hits hard and is packed with fresh grapefruit, citrus and some bitterness. It's more bitter than many wet hopped IPAs I have had, which tend to be more mellow. Nice mouthfeel with excellent carbonation. Very sticky and juicy with a light dry finish. I enjoyed the regular DMT Citra to the wet hopped version, but both are excellent.

16oz can, fresh. Served in a willi becher glass. Pours a cloudy and hazy, opaque yellow body with distinct orange hues, two finger thick white head, good retention, tons of lacing. Smell is rich grapefruit and leafy resin, grapefruit zest, light caramel, a bit of floral even. Tons of grapefruit, not too sweet. Flavour follows, not particularly sweet and the flavour is predominantly from the hops. It seems to be all Citra, so you can imagine tons of grapefruit flesh and zesty skin, light caramel, light flour-like sweetness, a bit of resinous bitterness on the backend. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, slightly dry but otherwise smooth and creamy with a light resinous and leafy bitterness on the backend.
