The first beer that I've had from the Brewing Projekt that I would consider a miss. The characteristics of the Lemon Drop hop were noticeable. So in that sense it was successful. But I was left wanting a little more flavor and nose. It lacked some punch.

One of these things is not like the others...
But, perhaps that's just me! Dare Might Things Lemon Drop deviates a bit from the base - I found myself a bit startled by how much clearer it is when poured. This doesn't have nearly the hazy content of the base and other variants - it looks almost like it was filtered. But! Once again, I failed to roll my can, and a ton of sludge poured out when I rinsed the can. Thankfully, this did not translate to snowflake or floaties in my glass.
I am a habitual tea drinker and what the nose on this beer reminds me of most is black tea with lemon. And I say that in a complimentary way - it's nice, smells slightly spiced, and very lemon. I approve.
The taste and mouthfeel are still quite rich, full, and juicy. I prefer this over the Galaxy variant, but Mosaic and Citra are still very much my favorites. So, the Lemon Drop variant - certainly worth trying, but not the best of the best!
